Payment terms:
We take a non-returnable 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday. These payments are by bank transfer, in Sterling if you are coming from the UK, in Euros if you are coming from elsewhere. We will send you the appropriate invoice when you confirm your booking.
If you cancel within 8 weeks after you have paid the balance we will return a proportion of the balance depending on how near to your holiday you cancel (full details will be sent to you prior to booking). If you wish to book within 8 weeks of your holiday we will take the full amount on booking, a proportion will be refundable on cancellation by you.
Animals:
We are sorry but we don't accept dogs or cats etc. at the villas.
